A List Apart: the 2007 web design survey

A List Apart recently posted its findings on the business of web design and development in the United States and worldwide. Nearly 33,000 web professionals responded. This survey is the first of its kind to collect data on the business of web design and development. You can find the report here.

This got me thinking about the business of content management. In 2002, in conjunction with New York University; we published The Bracket Report: Publisher’s Adoption of Content Management Systems and Technologies.

Now in 2007, what’s important  to your organization? Yes, quicker time to market and improved workflow efficiencies are driving factors but what other compelling factors drive your company to improve its content management?
